"The Journey" New Monthy Forums We offer highly researched and valuable information preparing you for your new family. Our program covers newborn care, parent expectations, practical tips and resources (websites, safety, outlet stores, toys etc)

A Group forum runs for 4 Consecutive weeks.

Q. What is a Group Forum?
A. The basic concept is that eight to ten people exchange experiences, attitudes and beliefs about a particular pre-selected subject. A qualified Research Consultant facilitates the group by:

• Distributing an array of useful information and tips for Pregnant women
• Directing the flow of the discussion;
• Recognizing important points and encourages the group to explore these and elaborate upon them;
• Observing all the non-verbal communication between group members
• Creating an atmosphere that allows members to relax and lower some of their natural defenses;

• All about Strollers
• Essential products to buy for your baby/ gift do and don’ts
• Safety tips and baby proofing your home (Special Guest Speaker)
• Parenting, The transition – How to cope in the first two weeks
• Coping with crying
• Infant development (the first few months)
• Loosing your Pregnancy weight - an introduction to Postnal exercise classes

Duration: 1 hr
Location: NEXT OPEN GROUP APPOINTMENT WILL BE HELD IN JERSEY CITY at Hudson Point, 131 Dudley Street, Jersey City, NJ, 07302.

At the Beginning of a NEW session you can pay by credit card using PayPal! Once a session has began, we only accept checks, money orders or cash as a form of payment.

PRO-RATED CLASSES - Once the session is in process, subject to space and availability, you may join a class at a pro-rated rate of $20 per class.
